2023 Christian Life Conference

 

The 2023 Christian Life Conference will be held at Cliffwood Presbyterian Church from March 3-4, 2023. Pastors Neil Stewart, Roland Barnes, and Geoff Gleason will be looking at a panorama of the Christian life as it is lived in the home, at church, and in society. The conference is offered free of charge. Spread the word, and register today for 2 days and 7 lessons covering all aspects of the Christian life.

Neil C. Stewart

Neil is the senior minister of Christ Covenant Church (ARP) in Greensboro, North Carolina. He holds a Master of Divinity from RTS.   Neil and his wife are from Northern Ireland where Neil worked as a pediatrician at the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children. He studied medicine at the Queens University of Belfast, where he received the Ulster Hospital Gold medal in Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Pediatrics.   Neil has spoken at numerous church conferences and has also contributed to several books including, On Reforming Worship, Surviving the Fishbowl: Letters to Pastors’ Kids, and Letters to Pastors’ Wives: When Seminary Ends and Ministry Begins. He also appeared in the documentary film “Spirit and Truth: A Film About Worship”.  Neil and his wife, Catherine, have six children.

Roland Barnes

Roland was the senior minister of Trinity Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Statesboro, GA, from 1981 until he retired from full-time ministry in August 2022. He was the organizing pastor of the church, which began as a mission church in April 1981 and was organized as a particular church in February 1984. Roland has served on numerous General Assembly committees of the Presbyterian Church in America, and has also been instrumental in the planting of several churches throughout eastern Georgia. Roland has been married to his wife, Peaches, for 40 years. They have seven grandchildren.

Geoff Gleason

Geoff is the pastor of Cliffwood Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Augusta, GA. He holds a Master of Divinity from RTS and a Master of Theology in Historical Theology from Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary. Geoff and his wife, Lisa, have been married for 30 years. They have eleven children and four grandchildren. Geoff is the author of A Family Worship Guide to Luke.
