Children and Youth Ministries
Our Children and Youth programs are designed to compliment and provide depth in our overall ministry to all ages.
Cliffwood PCA is determined to reclaim the family as the center of our culture and as an expression of God's covenantal relationship with His people. To accomplish this, we encourage the practice of family worship. As a part of family worship, parents and couples are encouraged to make good use of the Westminster Shorter Catechism as a tool for learning the important teachings of the Scriptures.
On Sunday evenings, the Children and the Adults will study a new catechism question each week as a Church. ALL are encouraged to come, even those who live alone as the study is beneficial for all.
It is our hope and ambition that we will be used to re-establish an environment in our homes that will encourage parents to turn their hearts back to their children and turn their children to the Lord.

Children's Ministry
Cliffwood children’s ministry exists to assist parents in the teaching of children about the promises of the Covenant. We strive to help the children to understand the depth of God’s love for us, what we should do in response to that love, and how to honor and glorify God in worship and their lives.
Early Childhood
Children I -- Three- and Four-year-olds
Children II -- K through 2nd Grade
- Our first quarter begins September 3, 2006 and the children will study from the Children's Catechism.
The emphasis is on Bible verse memorization for these first two groups studying the Children's Catechism. The verses memorized will support the Catechism instruction that they will receive in Youth III, 3rd through 12th Grades.
Elementary
Children III -- 3rd through 5th Grade
- Children III will begin a study of the Westminster Shorter Catechism with a focus on memorizing the questions and answers to the Catechism.
Youth Ministry
Cliffwood youth ministry exists to Reach, Nurture, and Make Disciples of youth. We strive to reach non-believing students with the gospel of Jesus Christ, connect believing students together in love, and equip them to grow in their relationship with their Savior, Jesus Christ, discover and use their gifts in ministry, and to honor and glorify God in worship and their lives.
Junior/Senior High
Sunday evenings, the junior/senior high studies from the Westminster Shorter Catechism.
College and Career
College and Career Sunday School studies the Westminster Confession of Faith, and on Sunday evenings they meet at 5PM to discuss deeper questions of our Christian faith.
